This charming, historic hotel is located 1 block from famous Bourbon Street. Criollo restaurant, the Carousel Bar, and a heated rooftop swimming pool are featured on-site. Everything was lovely! The room was a good size and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The location was central to everything and made sightseeing a breeze.

Less than a 5-minute walk from Bourbon Street, Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter offers free WiFi. Harrah's Casino, Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde are each located less than 1 km from the hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. We were at the top floor. Location is near so many good restaurants. SECURITY is a major plus. There’s security in the building checking everyone who comes in making sure they’re all guests. That is really a good idea from the hotel considering the outside of the hotel can seem a little sketchy and scary whenever the crowd builds up specially at the grocery store in front. Customer service is great too. The guy at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. Too bad I forgot his name.

The night manager that worked 12/4/21, should I say all the staff that night. We’re a very close family and was there for my nieces wedding. It was very emotional and exciting. Teenagers being teenagers my grandson and a friend and my sister and her daughter show up. Our original room was myself and my 82 year old mother. We had reserved a extra room but the extra 4 wasn’t coming. The manager heard my dilemma at 1:00 am and tired she gave me one of the 2 room suites. It was Amazing. She was exceptional. When I’m always the responsible one. She came to my rescue. Some people do care.

The beautiful Christmas decorations upon entry set the stag for a magical experience! The staff were kind and welcoming. Hotel was very clean with a quiet constant vigilance. Staff also safely held our bags for 3 hours in the delay between our check-out and flight time at allow us to enjoy one last Big Easy Brunch!
